Chef Harcey grew up in a family heavily influenced by their Swedish heritage. With that, he was raised on Lutefisk, Swedish Meatballs (his grandmother's are the best) Swedish pancakes and more. Chef Harcey will be bringing his French and modern techniques to elevate the food that makes him happiest, the food of his childhood.
